The Payne-Corley House can accommodate up to 200 guests with indoor and outdoor ceremony options. Our new Magnolia Cottage is perfect for smaller more intimate wedding ceremonies, receptions and rehearsal dinners.

Reception
The moment your guests enter our historic estate home they will experience our southern hospitality and charm. Exceptional cuisine prepared with only the freshest ingredients is artfully presented to the delight of all. No matter what event style you desire your reception will be a magical time of celebration.

The Payne-Corley House can accommodate:

• Strolling Receptions up to 250 Guests
• Plated Events up to 180 Guests
• Buffet Events up to 160 Guests

Our Event Specialists are happy to arrange tenting for events over 250 guests.

Magnolia Cottage can accommodate:

• Strolling Receptions up to 100 Guests
• Plated Events up to 64 Guests with dance floor
• Buffet Events up to 48 Guests with dance floor
