This southern-style house was built back when this area was known as Prospect, Georgia. It offers the amenities of that era, including a wrap-around verandah with a corner gazebo, a beautiful garden, complete with a waterfall, located behind a white garden gate, and a marble, working fireplace that adds to the feeling of warm southern hospitality.

The main ballroom is connected to a series of smaller anterooms, allowing for food stations to be placed throughout the facility and create a wonderful flow for your guests.

Antique buffets and sideboards are placed throughout the building. A delightful room has been set aside for a bride to use for her very own on her special day. A built-in bar and tables scattered on the various side and back porches add to the comfortable and romantic feel of Prospect House.
